Specialist Knowledge for Non-Legal Roles

You will be asked to explain how your specialist knowledge and experience will enable you to meet the criteria listed for the specific role being sought. Your response should provide clearly set out evidence which shows how you meet these criteria. You should carefully consider what evidence you can provide which best shows your knowledge, skills and competence in the specialist area being tested.

The assessment panel will include a member with experience of the specialism being recruited for the round. Your specialist knowledge, skills and competence will be assessed by this member. Other panel members will read your response and may use that as part of their assessment of your communication skills.
