Interview

If you are shortlisted, you will receive further information about the interview panel members, and the structure and timing of the interview in your invitation to interview letter.

Interviews will take place at Thistle House, Edinburgh.  We will try to accommodate your preferences for the interviews but it may not be possible to do so.

This stage of the process is designed to provide you with the opportunity to add to the evidence in the application form, in ways that are directly relevant to the requirements of the role and the criteria for appointment.  It will generally comprise:

• a legal case study exercise (Court Appointments only) 
• a general interview
• presentation (only for certain roles)
• an opportunity for you to ask questions
